That's A Good Idea takes customer satisfaction  very seriously. That's why we've adopted the attitude that "The Customer IS Always Right".

If you are ever dis-satisfied with a product you receive from ThatsAGoodIdea.com, simply return it within 30 days and we'll be happy to issue you a refund or replacement. In the case of refunds, we may have to deduct 15% for restocking to cover our labor. Of course, if your product is defective, no restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping:

Here at That's A Good Idea, we strive to keep shipping and handling costs to a minimum for our valued customers. Unlike most other sites on the net, we charge only what the shipper charges and a very modest handling fee ($3.00 as of this writing).  Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

ThatsAGoodIdea.com uses UPS online shipping module to calculate current shipping rates.
